3. Pricing & Currency All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Prices may change without prior notice. Delivery charges are additional and confirmed at order placement.

4. Orders, Processing & Payments Orders may be placed via our website, Messenger, or phone. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfers. We will never ask for your banking PIN, password, or OTP.

5. Intellectual Property All content — including the brand name, logo, product images, packaging, website content, and social media posts — is the exclusive intellectual property of FirstChoice Mushroom & Company, protected under Bangladeshi law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law Our total liability shall not exceed the original order value. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
