Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Within 2–4 hours of placing the order.
- Processing & Packing: 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on public holidays, Fridays, or weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 business days
- Greater Dhaka (Suburbs): 2–4 business days
- Outside Dhaka (Other Divisions): 3–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
- International Shipping is currently unavailable.
Delivery Services & Charges We offer Home Delivery across Bangladesh and In-Store Pickup at our Gandaria location. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order size, and confirmed at order placement. No hidden fees will be added after confirmation.
In-Store Pickup Select "In-Store Pickup" when ordering. Wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.
Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Deliveries If your package is delayed, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the customer being unavailable, inaccessible locations, or incorrect addresses. Re-delivery for customer-caused failures may incur an additional delivery charge.
