Back in 2020, we found ourselves fascinated by mushrooms—their varieties, their flavours, and the many ways they could transform an everyday meal. The more we explored, the more we realised that there was so much more to mushrooms than we had imagined.

That curiosity slowly turned into a passion. And that passion became FirstChoice.

We began with a simple idea: to bring carefully selected mushrooms and flavours to people who genuinely enjoy good food.
